Commercial roofing built on trust and PARTNERSHIP
Crabapple Roofing is a commercial and industrial roofing contractor serving the Southeast. We deliver new installation, leak detection, repairs, and maintenance with a process that protects buildings and keeps projects moving.
who we are
Founded in 2010 by commercial roofing professionals, Crabapple Roofing was built on a simple belief: do the work right and treat people well. We are commercial only, and we bring the same standard to every roof, every time.
WHERE WE WORK
We serve the Southeast, including Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas and Tennessee. From occupied facilities to large installations, we stay organized, communicate early, and keep coordination clean from start to finish.
WHAT WE DO
New installation, leak detection, repairs, and maintenance. We support general contractors, facility teams, and building owners with commercial roofing systems built for long-term performance, not quick fixes.
BEYOND THE ROOF
Beyond the roof means we stay accountable through closeout. We plan early, coordinate closely, document clearly, and keep you informed so you always know what is happening and what comes next.
SAFETY
Safety is personal here. We have an in-house safety director and train regularly because people should go home the same way they arrived. Conditions on a jobsite change daily, and we plan for that. Clean jobsites protect crews, protect the public, and protect schedules.
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality is protected by process. Our in-house quality control manager brings 20 years of inspection experience and verifies work against code requirements and manufacturer specifications. We aim higher than the minimum because details drive performance.
